1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Prabal (the Yashora Prabal app) or our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use Prabal

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Prabal.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

One account is for one person. You agree not to share your account or impersonate anyone else.

3. What Prabal does

Prabal creates personalised weekly meal and workout plans, estimates the calories and macros of meals you scan, tracks your workouts, weight, water and streaks, and includes an AI Coach you can chat with. It can also send reminders and translate recipes.

These features rely on automated systems and on the information you provide, so results are personalised to what you tell us and log.

4. Health disclaimer

Prabal provides general fitness and wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or health advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Calorie and macro figures, plans and suggestions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or a history of eating disorders.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the health details you enter, including your allergies and dietary restrictions. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk.

5. AI-generated content

Plans, meal analysis and AI Coach responses are generated automatically by AI models and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for you. Always use your own judgment and double-check anything important — for example, ingredients if you have an allergy.

Do not rely on the AI Coach or any part of Prabal for medical, emergency or crisis decisions.

6. Ads and free access

Prabal is currently free to use and is supported by advertising shown through Google AdMob. Some optional actions may require watching a short rewarded ad before they run.

We do not currently charge a subscription. If we introduce paid plans in the future, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and any purchase will be handled through your app store account.

7. Your content

The information and content you create and log in Prabal remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display it back to you, and to operate and improve the service (including sending relevant data to our AI provider to power features).

You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it with us.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it through a method other than the interfaces we provide, or reverse engineer, scrape or resell any part of it.

You agree not to use Prabal to break the law or to harm others.

9. Third-party services

Prabal depends on third-party services — including Firebase and Google Sign-In, Convex, Anthropic, Cloudflare, OneSignal, Expo, Google AdMob and translation providers — each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and their availability is outside our control.

10. Intellectual property

Prabal, its name, logo, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The content you create and log remains yours; you grant us the limited rights described above needed to operate and improve the service.

11. Termination

You can stop using Prabal and delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users, the app or us.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prabal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including that plans, estimates or suggestions will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any injury or health outcome, arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Prabal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
