These terms govern your use of the Thryve app and website. Please read them carefully — they include important information about your rights and responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing or using Thryve, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Using Thryve
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Thryve.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
3. Health disclaimer
Thryve provides general fitness and wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition program. Use the app at your own risk.
4. Free trial and subscriptions
New members get a 30-day free trial. Unless cancelled beforehand, a paid subscription may begin at the end of the trial per the pricing shown at sign-up.
You can cancel at any time through your app store account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
Thryve, its logo, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The content you create and log remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thryve is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Thryve after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
